My name is Charla and I am the owner of Sweet BarNeau, LLC. 

Sweet Barneau is a family run cottage bakery located in Willis, Texas that specializes in homemade small-batch desserts that blend nostalgic flavors with a modern twist. Everything we bake is made from scratch. 
 
Just like the recipes we use, the name Sweet BarNeau (Pronounced BAR-NO) combines the past with the present. "Bar" comes from the first letters of my maiden name (Barlow), while "Neau" is derived from the last letters of my last name (Juneau). 

My love for baking began before I was even able to reach the counter.  There was just something about the smell of fresh baked goodies coming from my Maw Maw and Mom's kitchen that filled me with happiness and beaconed me in.  Thankfully the two of them shared their love of baking with me, always let me stand on the chair to "help" instead of just making me watch, and passed their amazing recipes down to me.  

We use these beloved recipes as the base in many of our products.  Although we use high quality organic ingredients, sub in healthier options when possible (Sorry Maw Maw the margarine and shortening had to go), and add a modern twist, we are adamant about preserving the traditional flavors that we know and love.
