It is made from Mom's recipe and is the base to all of our caramel popcorn varieties.
Sea Salt Caramel
Ingredients: non-GMO popcorn, organic coconut oil, popcorn seasoning salt (salt, natural & artificial flavors, yellow 5 lake, yellow 6 lake) butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, sea salt.

We are located in Willis, Texas (77378) on Oak Springs Drive right off 1097 about 1.6 miles from highway 150, close to New Waverly. Our exact address will be provided in the confirmation email you receive after purchase.

PICKUP IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN THE HOUSTON MEDICAL CENTER AREA OF HOUSTON, TEXAS TO FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND CO-WORKERS ONLY.

Scheduled means you entered your preferred Pick-up date/time that is at least 24 hours after time of purchase into the note section at time of payment and we confirmed this date/time with you.
We are available for scheduled pick-ups:
Monday-Friday from 9am – 5pm and Saturday from 9am - Noon at our home in Willis, Texas.
If you need to schedule an earlier, later, or weekend pickup please contact us PRIOR to placing your order and we will try to accommodate you.
PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHOW UP!
We are not a store front. We do not keep extra items on hand.
However, we love to test out new recipes and have been known to bake a few extras for orders so if you do need a last-minute treat it doesn’t hurt to message us and see if we have anything available.

Scheduled pick-up in The Houston Medical Center area is available for friends, family, and co-workers only. Scheduled means you entered your preferred Pick-up date/time that is at least 24 hours after time of purchase into the note section at time of payment and we confirmed this date/time with you.
Pickups are available: Monday – Friday during normal work hours.
PLEASE make arrangements with Keith prior to placing your order to ensure he will be in the office on that date.

We recommend consuming your popcorn as soon as you recieve it for the best freshness. Unopened bags will remain fresh for 2 to 3 weeks stord in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Store leftover popcorn in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

NON-LOCAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
Orders placed by mistake will not be refunded due to residing outside of our local area. Please only place an order with us if you are local to Willis, Texas and can pick up your order. Shipping is not an option in Texas under the cottage food law. We only offer delivery within a 100 mile radius on large corporate or event orders that are scheduled in advance.
NO SHOW = NO REFUND & NO PRODUCT
Our products are best enjoyed fresh! Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your pickup for a later date/time. Rescheduling a pickup that we have not started is not an issue, however if your order has already been started, you will need to arrange a new pick-up time within the product’s freshness window or forfeit your items. We will not remake your items or provide a refund due to scheduling issues/changes that occur on your end.
If you do not show up and we are not contacted to reschedule within 24 hours of the initial pickup time, your order will be forfeited. We will donate all forfeited items to our local law enforcement, fire department, or family in need.
ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER?
We take great care to ensure every order is perfect. While we want you to love our products, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten items within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. If items are not returned, we will assume you actually enjoyed them, and we will not issue a refund or credit toward a future purchase. If items are returned, we may issue a refund or credit toward a future purchase only if there is a fault on our end, and at our discretion.
HANDLE WITH CARE
Popcorn should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Texas heat will ruin our caramel popcorn flavors. Once your order leaves our hands what happens to your popcorn is your responsibility. NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE/ CREDIT will be given.
Shipping is not allowed in Texas under the cottage food law.
Delivery is not an option for this item. Delivery is only available within a 100-mile radius and ONLY on large corporate or event orders that have been arranged and scheduled in advance.
