This website is operated by Sweet BarNeau, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sweet BarNeau, LLC. Sweet BarNeau, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
NO SHIPPING
Shipping of cottage bakery items is not allowed under the current Cottage Food Laws in the State of Texas. Currently we only sell food items that are allowed under the Cottage Food Law in the state of Texas so we do not provide shipping.
OUR LOCATION
We are located in Willis, Texas (77378) on Oak Springs Drive right off 1097 about 1.6 miles from highway 150, close to New Waverly. Our exact address will be provided in the confirmation email you receive after purchase.
PICK-UP FOR PRE-ORDERS
The available pickup dates/times for pre-orders are listed on the pre-order. Please only purchase a pre-order item if you are available to pick up your item during one of the posted times.
SCHEDULED PICKUP OPTION - AT OUR LOCATION IN WILLIS TEXAS
Scheduled means you entered your preferred Pick-up date/time that is at least 24 hours after time of purchase into the note section at time of payment and we confirmed this date/time with you.
We are available for scheduled pick-ups:
Monday-Friday from 9am – 5pm at our home in Willis, Texas.
If you need to schedule an earlier, later, or weekend pickup please contact us
PRIOR to placing your order and we will try to accommodate you.
PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHOW UP!
We are not a store front. We do not keep extra items on hand.
However, we love to test out new recipes and have been known to bake a few extras for orders
so if you do need a last-minute treat it doesn’t hurt to message us and see if we have anything available.
SCHEDULED PICKUP OPTION - HOUSTON MEDICAL CENTER AREA IN HOUSTON TEXAS
Scheduled pick-up in The Houston Medical Center area is available for friends, family, and co-workers only. Scheduled means you entered your preferred Pick-up date/time that is at least 24 hours after time of purchase into the note section at time of payment and we confirmed this date/time with you.
Pickups are available: Monday – Friday during normal work hours.
PLEASE make arrangements with Keith prior to placing your order
to ensure he will be in the office on that date.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Delivery is only available within a 75 mile radius of our location and is only available for large corporate or event orders that have made arrangements prior to placing an order. You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if it is anyone other than the person placing the order. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
